PRE-APPLICATION
The space is limited, so hurry up and submit your pre-application and secure your exhibition space. The pre-application has to include all basic information.

DOCUMENTATION SUBMISSION
1. Basic information
2. Explanatory text, no longer than 500 characters, in Slovenian or English. The text should include the basic characteristics, peculiarities and advantages of the product.
3. Max. of 2 exhibition panels, size 100 x 70 cm/lying format (JPG or PDF format, resolution suitable for the Internet, size must not exceed 3 MB)
4. Three digital photos of a suitable resolution for publication in the Catalogue (JPG format, longer side at least 21 cm or 300 dpi at 1 : 1 size, for publication in the Fair Catalogue).

Deadline for submission of applications and documentation is Wednesday, 28.9.2011.

In case you intend to submit more than one project, you must fill in a separate application form for each project.

SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS
Applicants, who will apply on time and fulfil the basic presentation criteria, will be invited to prepare and submit their exhibition panels via email:
- max. 2 exhibition panels
- size 100 x 70 cm/lying format
- on a solid base (mounting boards)

Models and prototypes are also very welcome.
The exhibition panels must be labelled with logo and the name of project and designer or designers. A template of the exhibition panel layout is provided in the attachment.
(Size, form and position shall remain unchanged; add only the name of your project and your name. Myriad Pro bold /24 pt font is used for the name of the project and Myriad Pro /18 pt for the name or names of designers/. As a last resort, Arial font may be used.)


Deadline for submission of projects is Wednesday, 19. 10. 2011.

Projects must be submitted in person or via a courier service by 12 noon or by post at the latest by midnight of the same day (only a postage stamp date or date on delivery confirmation slip is considered as proof) to the following address:
